Description of work:
Basically I am a double post graduate in Social Work and Library and 
Information Science. I submitted my thesis on Grey Literature. I am very 
much interested in the collection development of Grey Literature in South 
Asian Studies. Grey Literature is the literature which is not available 
through regular trade channels. There is no bibliographical control over 
such literature which contains nacsent information. This would be of help 
to any scholar or professional to keep abreast of latest developments in 
their area of specialisation.
 
I am working in NIRD as a Documentation Officer. My main job is to 
document the important information relating to rural development including 
South Asian Studies relating to rural development.
