Two Fulbright awards to India (1986 & 1991)

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in International Relations plus
course on South Asia in World Affairs

Research Interests:  Regional economic, political, security relations of
South Asian countries; Indian and U.S. foreign and security policies;
public opinion and the media in India.
