Description of work:

I teach the religions of South Asia and do research in Rajasthan.
My publications include:

Recent activities include writing a book on hero cults (tentatively
entitled Lasting Impressions) and organizing with David Shulman the
"Conference on Narrative Framing" (Jerusalem: Academy of Sciences and
Humanities).
