socialization, sociolinguistics, and Sindhi culture;

international development education;

Sub-disciplines: Asian studies (South Asia and Japan), international 
security studies, and geopolitical and ethnic history;

Countries/regions: Pakistan (Indus Basin / Sindh Country [Siro, Vicholo, 
Larr, and Kohistan], and India (Rajasthan, Gujarat, Kutch);

Ethnic, Religious and Political Groups: Sindhi/Siraiki nationalism, 
Islam/religious fundamentalism, politics and Sufism, and Jeye Sindhi 
Tahrik, Siraiki National Movement, Pakistan Peoples Party, Muhajir Qaumi 
Mahaz, etc;

Historical period: Pakistan/Sindh history, 1500-present;
