Harvard-Yenching:  selecting publications ON East Asia (China, Japan,
Korea, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Vietnam) in Western languages, primarily
English;  reference;  bibliographic instruction;  exhibitions; 
curatorship of Western-language manuscripts and personal papers
collections; curatorship (including reproductions and permissions) of
photographic collections. 

Harvard College Library (Widener Library):  selecting publications FROM
all countries of East, South, and Southeast Asia in Western languages. 

Other:  Instructor in Chinese, Harvard Extension School;  co-teach seminar
on Chinese emigration history, Dept. of History, Harvard.  Particular
interests:  overseas Chinese;  Eurasian communities;  electronic resources
for Asian studies.
