description of work:
My research interests include Sanskrit and Prakrit languages and
literature, especially epigraphy. My specialty is Kharos.t.hii
inscriptions written in Gaandhaarii from northern Pakistan. My fields
include ancient and medieval South Asian history and religion. I have also
studied Hindi, Urdu, Persian, Greek, Pali, and Bengali.
