DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Research interests include international security studies; nuclear
nonproliferation; American foreign policy in the Third World; identity
politics and the international system; comparative politics of South Asia.
In addition, teaching includes political economy of underdevelopment;
Asian-American studies.
