My research interests can be summarized under the following catchwords:
modern Hindi poetry, Braj Bhasha, medieval Vaishnavism, Krishna religion,
hagiography, goddess (in particular Radha), meter in NIA, Hindu
hermeneutics, women and religion, women's role models.
My PhD thesis (at University of Washington Seattle) was titled Hariram
Vyas's Man ki Shrinkhala and Raspancadhyayi: A critical interpretation.
