Education:  B.A. in Sanskrit, Pali and Philosophy, University of Pune.
            M.A. in Sanskrit and Pali, University of Pune.
            Ph. D. in "Rajakarmani in Kausika-sutra : A critical study" from 
            University of Pune.
            MLS in Library Science, Queens College, U.S.A.
Interests:  Atharvaveda, Religions (Hinduism, Buddhism), Classical Sanskrit 
            literature, language, work on Vedic rituals.
Work-area:  In the library, bibliographic and reference work in South Asian 
            languages, mainly, in Sanskrit, Pali, Prakrit and other modern 
            Indian languages like Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, Gujarati.
            Research paper planned on "Yudhisthira and the Rajasuya sacrifice"
