Description of work:
Teaching and research interests are in the field of STRUCTURAL GEOLOGY and
PRECAMBRIAN TECTONICS. Engaged in structural and STRAIN STUDY in the
Precambrian terrains of the ARAVALLI MOUNTAIN RANGE (AMR) located in the
northwestern part of INDIA. The emphasis is on the study of THRUST
TECTONICS using the technique based on ANISOTROPY OF MAGNETIC
SUSCEPTIBILTY (AMS).
