Description of Work:

My area of specialization is in the tantric practices of 
Indo-Tibetan Buddhism, although I teach all the religions of South Asia,
e.g. Hinduism, Jainism, Islam, and so on. I do textual research in
Tibetan, Sanskrit and Pali which focuses on: 

(1) issues of women and gender in these religions, 
(2) the religious uses of dreams and dream imagery and
(3) biographical literature, including, but not limited to, its broadest
forms, e.g. jatakas, bhakti songs, and so on.
