AmericanFactFinder (AFF) is an online source for population, housing, economic and geographic data that presents the results from four key data programs: Decennial Census of Housing and Population - 1990 and 2000, Economic Census 1997 and 2002, American Community Survey - 1996-present, Population Estimates Program - July 1, 2003-present

Database covering over 152,000 organizations worldwide. Also includes U.S. regional, state and local associations. CEIC Data contains economic, industrial and financial time-series data and cover 117 countries and regions including detailed data on China. Over 3000 Discussion Paper Abstracts are currently available online and all Discussion Papers published since the beginning of 1999 (i.e. from No2050) are available as electronic [PDF] files. Discussion papers may have been presented at conferences or workshops, but will not have been published in journals.

Choices is the successor to the Simmons' Study of Media and Markets. The database is a collection of consumer data about product and brand usage. Based on a survey of 30,000 households, it can be used to create customized reports analyzing the demographic and psychographic characteristics of product users and their media behavior. The latest available data is for 2004.

Covers comprehensive economic and statistical data on China such as data on county and city levels. It also provides economic and industrial census data from the 1982, 1990, 1995, and 2004 China Censuses. Economatica contains historical financial data (back to 1986) for companies in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela. Users can export the data to Excel as well as use the graphing functions in the software.

Access to more than 300 detailed case studies of completed projects ranging from low-income housing to mixed-use downtown developments to commercial and industrial projects. The case studies provide photographs and site plans, information on costs and rents, innovative features and strategies of the project, and an explanation of the entire development process. UN Commodity Trade Statistics Database (UN Comtrade) contains trade data (imports, exports and re-exports) from countries world-wide. For each country annual data can be retrieved by commodity and trading partner. Commodity is defined by either standard international product codes or international industry codes.

USA Trade is a web-based product that allows for remote access to detailed trade data between the United States and its trading partners. Currently it is accessible only from Columbia network. Users can download data on the imports or exports of specific products in either Excel or ASCII format. Products are described at the various levels of detail within 10 digit U.S. Harmonized Schedule of code products.

The World Bank e-library is an online, fully cross-searchable portal of over 5,000 World Bank documents. WDI Online is a comprehensive database on development data covering 575 indicators, 225 countries, and 18 regional and income groups.
