IMPORTANT LOCKER DATES*
Summer 2008 Lockers
Summer lockers are available on Tuesday, May 27, 2008.
Columbia students may stop by the Library Information Office
in room 201 of Butler Library in order to claim a locker.
Summer lockers must be cleared by Friday, August 22, 2008.
The failure to comply with this or other locker policies may
result in the loss of locker privileges for a one year period.
2008 - 2009 Academic Year
(2nd Floor and 5th floor graduate student lockers)
- LOTTERY STARTS: Friday, August 1, 2008.
- LOTTERY ENDS: Monday, August 25, 2008.
- LOCKER WINNERS: will be notified via e-mail on Thursday August 28, 2008.1
- CLAIM: you no longer claim your locker in the Library Information Office (LIO). Your locker number and the combination to the lock provided by LIO will be emailed to you on Thursday August 28, 2008. You must use the lock that we provide. This lock must not be removed.
- EMPTY: lockers must be emptied by 5:00PM on Friday, May 22, 2009.
*There are no exceptions to these dates. Please note that the lockers on the 5th floor are for the use of graduate students only.
