New HVAC Equipment

Expect periods when air handlers are off and spaces are chilly, or warm.  Some outlets may be noisy until the airflow is adjusted.

Air Flow Balancing

Balancers are measuring air flow at all building registers from ladders.   

Hoist Removal (East Side)

Weather permitting, the hoist on the East side will be removed this week. Expect noise and increased activity outside on the East side windows during this work. 

Roof Replacement 

Work will continue on the main roof, weather permitting.  The kettles will be in use as roofing on the East side of the 6th  floor is replaced.  Depending on the wind currents, tar smells may infiltrate the building at times.  Please keep the windows closed.

General Construction

Construction, including painting, will continue on Stack 15 and the 8th & 9th floors.  Elevators will be taken out of service periodically as mechanical work is completed in the machine rooms.  Signs will be posted.
