- iPoll
Covers only national U.S. surveys including some not archived at Roper. Searches question wording and results are the tabulated answers to a question. For any survey archived at Roper, results include a link to the files as listed in the Catalog of Holdings.
ICPSR ICPSR is large archive containing many types of social science data including opinion polls.

- Obtaining the Data:
Tabulated results for each question are reported. To obtain files of untabulated responses, try the above archives. Use this interface because it allows for searching by location (including state, city, country), broad topic, keywords in the question, survey organization, and/or population group interviewed.

For a specific country, search for the country name together with the word, opinion. Also take note of trans-national surveys like Eurobarometer, Afrobarometer, Asiabarometer, Voice of the People Series, and World Values Survey.

Use the pull-down "country" menu to limit searches by country. The collection is strong in (but not limited to) Great Britain, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Japan and Latin America).
