Requests for Document Delivery & Interlibrary Loan

Document Delivery and Interlibrary Loan are our services to obtain items that are not available in the Columbia University Libraries. This service is for Columbia Affiliates Only.

Lamont campus patrons should contact the library staff (geology@libraries.cul.columbia.edu, phone: 8808) to request materials not available in the Geoscience Library.  All other Columbia University affiliates should contact the Interlibrary Loan Office directly.

There is no charge for this service. However, since the libraries bear all the cost, please limit your requests to the ones you need.

• The copyright law of the United States governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.
  
  
• Photocopies or other reproductions can be furnished only under certain conditions, if they will be used solely for private study, scholarship, or search. Use of the reproduction for other purposes may make the user liable for copyright infringement.
