Periodicals & Microforms Reading Room Floorplan

Please check the Periodicals Collection shelf list for current titles received in PMRR. The periodicals collection is non-circulating and cannot be checked out. Periodicals may not leave the room. A copier is available in the Copy Room to make photocopies. The photocopier only accepts FLEX cards, which may be purchased in Room 2L1 of Butler Library. Three public access terminals are available for searching catalogs and databases.

All microforms kept in the Microform Storage Area are self-service. (See Microform Self-Serve List). Access to materials stored in the Microforms Cage is restricted. Please see the desk attendant to page the materials.

Sixteen microform reader/printers are available for use. Two of these machines will also scan microforms, which can then be saved to a CD or flash drive. A machine for reading microprints and microcards is also available for reading and printing.
