If you are planning to use materials stored off site, please call or e-mail the Library at least one week in advance of your planned visit. You may also use our Off-Site Request Form to request material prior to your research visit. In order to facilitate speedy and efficient access to the Rare Book and Manuscript Library Collections, please contact us as far in advance as possible. Certain University Archives collections are also stored off site. Please contact a UA staff member for assistance in requesting such materials. Retrieval of our off site materials can usually be accomplished in 1-2 business days, but the more notice you provide, the better.
