Form To Request Manuscript Materials From The Columbia University Rare Book & Manuscript Library Off-Site Storage Facility

Please use this form to request materials from our Off-Site storage facility. It will take seven [7] business days for the material to be retrieved after we have reviewed and approved your request. You can only select one collection per form. If you wish to use more than one collection, please complete a separate form for each collection.

Offsite materials are kept on hold for two weeks.
