Reproduction Services

Various photographic and digital reproductions are available to our patrons, for a fee. The RBML provides reproductions of images and documents from our collections upon request as long as the staff determines that copying will not harm the original document(s) or violate copyright law.

The University Archives and Oral History Research Office maintain their own forms and procedures for reproductions. University Archives patrons should consult the Services and Forms page on the UA website for more detailed information concerning these policies and procedures. Oral History users should consult OHRO staff (212-854-7083; oralhist@libraries.cul.columbia.edu) for more information concerning OHRO reproductions policies and procedures.

Reprographic orders for all other RBML materials should be placed with staff at the reference desk. Please see the links below for further information concerning these fees and procedures.  See the RBML Publication Policy  for separate publication fees.
