How long does it take to receive an item requested through Interlibrary Loan (ILL)?

Answer:

On average, it takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the completeness and accuracy of the request. Article requests containing the journal's correct ISSN speed processing, and the article often may be obtained within a few days. Hard-to-locate materials and incomplete or incorrectly cited requests may take more time.
