	microfilm of a title not previously filmed	Restricted to titles owned by Columbia University Libraries. Due to copyright and permissions issues, some titles are not available. If another publisher or academic institution has previously filmed a title, you may be advised to contact them to obtain a copy.
	a print copy of title/volume on microfilm	Restricted to titles microfilmed by Columbia University Libraries. The Microforms & Periodicals Reading Room also offers a service through which you may obtain print copies from microforms. Call (212) 854-4704 for details.
