pBID series of Drosophila vectors
Ji-Wu Wang, Erin Beck and Brian McCabe, (2012) PLoS ONE 7(7): e42102pBID (AttB, Insulated, Drosophila) transgenic vectors are based on a PhiC31 compatible backbone with a miniwhite marker and ampicillin resistance. Inserts are flanked by gypsy insulator elements to reduce insertion site-to-site expression variability. GAL4 compatible versions of these vectors combine 10 copies of the Gal4 Upstream Activating Sequence (UAS) with a Drosophila synthetic core promoter (DSCP) to reduce non-specific tissue expression which together we call UASC. Most vectors also utilize gateway technology to facilitate high-throughput cloning.
For details of the construction and evaluation of these vectors see Wang et al. 2012.

Maps are in ApE format.

pMartini G series of Gateway vectors
Ji-Wu Wang, Erin Beck and Brian McCabe, (2012) PLoS ONE 7(7): e42102
The pMartini G series of vectors were constructed to allow easy conversion of vectors to gateway destination vectors and to facilitate the assembly of new fusion vectors that are gateway compatible. Each vector has a single orientation of one of three Gateway cassettes surrounded by multiple cloning sites (6 vectors total).
Details of the construction of these vectors is available in Wang et al. 2012.
