Musher Honored at Reception

The generosity of Albert Musher, right, was celebrated at a reception given by the School of Social Work Feb. 23 in Low Rotunda. Dean Ronald Feldman, left, said a newly endowed chair, the Wilma and Albert Musher Professorship of Social Work, "will help the School to assume renewed leadership in crucial areas of social work education." Musher, a director of Stiefel Laboratories, has long been a benefactor of the School. His earlier gifts funded studies on support services needed by grandparents raising grandchildren and AIDS prevention among minority youth.
