Questions or comments? |  Community Affairs > Services > Facilities Rental at Columbia Many of Columbia University's Facilities are available for rent by the public, and we are pleased to have hosted a variety of community organizations and agencies at Columbia during the past year. Requests should be submitted at least 30-60 days in advance. Please be advised that it can take up to four (4) weeks to process requests. If your organization is in need of space for a community meeting or activity, please send a written request describing your organization, the nature of the activity and preferred dates and times to the following address: Office of Government and Community Affairs |
