![]() Programs and Services > Legal Columbia University/Goddard Riverside Tenant Assistance ProjectThis project provides legal aid for residents in Upper Manhattan, primarily Manhattan Valley, who are confronting eviction from rent-stabilized apartments due to gentrification. The Tenant Assistance Project also works with Columbia Law students each year to represent tenants in actions against landlords to have repairs made in their homes.
