U.S. foreign policy goals and whether U.S. aid and sanctions have contributed effectively to the attainment of those goals will be debated tonight at the March 13 Reuters Forum on global economics, the fourth of seven such events held at the Graduate School of Journalism. The 6:00 p.m. event features Peter Morici of the University of Maryland, as moderator; John Birkelund of UBS Warburg, LLC and Dillon Read & Co.; Patrick Cronin of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and James Fallows of The Atlantic Monthly.
