Columbia University President Lee C. Bollinger will host a public lecture on "A Global Framework for International Migration" on Tuesday, Jan. 18, at 7 p.m. in the Rotunda of Low Memorial Library. Jan Karlsson, co-chair of the United Nations Global Commission on International Migration and former minister of migration and development of Sweden, will be the keynote speaker.
