To the Columbia University Community:
As you may be aware, there is a severe weather warning for this weekend with the possibility that the New York City area could receive up to 12 inches of snow. At this time, Columbia University plans to be open Saturday, Sunday and Monday, and operating on a normal schedule.
All preparations to maintain our campuses throughout the weekend and into Monday morning are in place. We encourage you to check the University Web sites throughout the weekend for the most current information. This will include announcements of cancellations and/or closures should they be necessary.
