Adam Weinstein, GS '02, is a "Jeopardy!" contestant in an episode that airs Dec. 1. Weinstein described his trivia game show experience as amazing. "The atmosphere was fun but intense – like taking your SAT at Disneyland," he said.
The show was recorded last September in Los Angeles.
He described his fellow contestants as "brilliant, accomplished and interesting." One element that TV audiences might not realize, Weinstein said, is that "almost every contestant knows the answer to almost every clue, but there is so much chance built into buzzing-in first."
Since graduating from the School of General Studies, Weinstein has taught 10 th grade English and math at North Broward Preparatory School in Coconut Creek, Fl. He lives in Tallahassee, Fl, where he is pursuing a master's degree in international affairs at Florida State University.
To learn if Weinstein advances to the next episode of "Jeopardy!," tune in to the program locally on Thursday, Dec. 1, at 7 p.m. on WABC-TV, Channel 7.
