Helene Gayle, president and chief executive officer of C.A.R.E., will address 2006 graduates of the Mailman School of Public Health at their commencement ceremony on Wednesday, May 17 at 4:00 p.m. The ceremony will be held at the National Track and Field Armory on 168 street and Broadway.
