Information Sessions for Students Interested in Learning About Columbia’s Expansion Project

On Friday, Dec. 8, at 1:00 p.m. in 405 Low Library, several team members from the Manhattanville Expansion project will be available to answer questions from students regarding Columbia’s expansion plan. The purpose of this meeting is to provide background and factual information to students who have expressed interest in learning more about Columbia’s expansion efforts, before the ULURP process begins.

Because space is limited and so that we have adequate material for distribution, students must register. Additional dates have also been set aside to accommodate as many students as possible. Those dates and times follow:

  • Thursday, Dec. 14 at 10:30 a.m. in 407 Low Library
  • Friday, Dec. 15 at 4:00 p.m. in Prentis Hall (following the Manhattanville tour)
  • Tuesday, Dec. 19 at 1:00 p.m. in 405 Low Library

To register, e-mail Nydia Rivera at nlr2109@columbia.edu.

In addition, we strongly encourage students to register for and take the site tour on Friday, Dec. 15 at 1:30 p.m. by contacting the Office of Government and Community Affairs at jb2058@columbia.edu with "Manhattanville Tours" in the subject line.
