The Committee on Global Thought will hold a symposium on the “Global Response to Darfur: Lessons for the Future" on March 23, at 3:00 p.m. in 104 Jerome Greene Hall. The symposium will feature discussion among a diverse panel of experts, including:

• Alastair Ager, Professor of Clinical Population and Family Health, Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University


• Antonio Cassese, Professor of International Law, University of Florence


• Joseph Stiglitz, University Professor and Chair of the Committee on Global Thought, Columbia University
