Biden Calls on U.S., Europe to Rethink Foreign Policy Approach
Sen. Joseph Biden, the ranking minority member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, called on the United States and Europe to adopt a new approach toward foreign policy, one that would require both sides to look at each other’s interests in a new way and share responsibilities for meeting new threats from terrorism. He shared his views at the Vera and Donald Blinken Lecture, sponsored by the School of International and Public Affairs’ Institute for the Study of Europe.
