SIPA Kicks-Off 60th Anniversary Celebration

In celebration of the School of International and Public Affairs' 60 th anniversary, the School is hosting "SIPA at 60" events around the world. The Jan. 12 inaugural event, " Reflections on Our Past and Future," was held in Washington, D.C., and featured SIPA Dean Lisa Anderson and a panel discussion with Carole Grunberg, SIPA '78, legislative and policy director for Senator Ron Wyden; David Ottaway, SIPA '63, investigative reporter for The Washington Post , and Andrew Pierre, SIPA '57, research associate at the Institute for the Study of Democracy at Georgetown University.
