Nobel Laureate Joseph Stiglitz Examines "The True Costs of the Iraq War"
In presenting his paper, "The True Costs of the Iraq War," economist and Nobel Laureate Joseph Stiglitz estimates that the war will cost between $1 trillion and $2 trillion, depending on how much longer troops stay. The April 3 presentation included a discussion with Jane Arraf, former CNN Baghdad Senior Correspondent, and Rashid Khalidi, the Edward Said Professor of Modern Arab Studies and Literature at Columbia.
