East Asian Institute Lecture Analyzes Japan's Aggressive Approach to Combating Terrorism

Raisuke Miyawaki, a former senior official of Japan's National Police Agency, outlined his country's approach to combating terrorism in a lecture sponsored by SIPA's East Asian Institute, describing existing measures and newly established ones to confront bioterrorism, chemical terrorism and cyberterrorism.
