New York City Mayor Mike Michael Bloomberg warns against "Rush to Judgment" in deciding how to rebuild World Trade Center site during the keynote address at the 8th annual Dinkins Leadership and Public Policy Forum. At the forum, Columbia announced the launch of the Dinkins Archives and Oral History Project, which will include an archive of former Mayor David Dinkins' official and personal papers and correspondence.
