Former Japanese Vice Minister for Finance Eisuke Sakakibara Is Skeptical of New Economic Plans for His Country
Eisuke Sakakibara, Keio University professor and former vice minister of finance for international affairs in Japan, advises skepticism toward the economic plans of Japanese Prime Minister Koizumi and his new Minister of Finance.
