Facts or Fiction?

One of the most startling side effects of the drug war is
the lack of truth from those who wish to continue waging the war.
Many myths have propagated through the years. Is it true that
marijuana damages your immune system? Doesn't the use of marijuana
cause brain damage? Isn't is addictive? All of these are harmful
myths and what follows is the truth. Dispite the fact that we teach
our children these outright lies, scientific evidence cannot be
changed. Now find out what the facts are.
UPDATE (10/22/97): Due to the fact that the main source
for the information previously contained here is now in the form of a
book we can no longer offer this knowledge. If you would like to
learn the truth you must, as dictated by the demands of capitalism,
buy the book. It's called Marrijuana Myths, Marijuana Facts
and it was written by Lynn Zimmer of Queen's College and Dr.
John Morgan of CCNY Medical School, both of whom give an annual talk
for CU-NORML on the subject. You should also check out the
