The Manhattan Evacuation Simulation Application (MESA) is a Java Application that simulates the evacuation of Manhattan. The MESA models Manhattan as a graph with a list of nodes or vertices and edges between those nodes, and it uses dynamic pseudo-linear programming algorithms to determine optimal evacuation strategies to achieve 1 of 4 different objectives given user inputted values.
