Congratulations on your acceptance to the Kyoto Consortium for Japanese Studies (KCJS) beginning in Spring 2010!
The items listed below are of primary importance as you begin your preparations. Please read the KCJS Handbook carefully, as it will answer many of your initial questions.All forms that need to be completed are below. You will not receive hard copies of these forms. Please submit ALL required materials by the correct deadlines.
The items below must be received on or before October 26, 2009 unless otherwise noted. All items must be sent or delivered to our office in ONE complete packet. Please allow at least one week for standard mail.
- Intent to Enroll and $500 check (if applicable)
- Housing Questionnaire
- Course Registration
- Community Involvement Project (CIP) Form
- Transcript Request Form (Visiting Students only)
Due December 1, 2009
- Program Fee (if applicable)
- Medical Form
Due January 28, 2010
- Tuition Payment (if applicable)
The
items below are for your information and reference. While there is nothing here
that needs to be returned, please read everything carefully and stay on top of
completing necessary documents.
- Emergency Contact Information(print and make sure loved ones have a copy)
- Instructions for setting up a Columbia email account, please see Handbook. Must be done by early December to receive electronic tuition bill.
