Congratulations on your acceptance to the Kyoto Consortium for Japanese Studies (KCJS) for summer 2009!

The items listed below are of primary importance as you begin your preparations. Please read the KCJS Handbook carefully, as it will answer many of your initial questions. We will send you a hard copy of the KCJS Handbook and your official acceptance letters by the middle of November. All forms that need to be completed are below. You will not receive hard copies of these forms. Please be sure to submit ALL required materials by the correct deadlines.

The items below must be received on or before April 17, 2009, unless otherwise noted. All items must be sent or delivered to our office in ONE complete packet. Please allow at least one week for standard mail.

• Intent to Enroll and $500 check
Copy of passport (name and signature pages only – MUST show face clearly)
• Transcript Request Form (Visiting Students only)
