New Student Orientation Program

Welcome to Barnard! I assure you that your decision to attend Barnard is an excellent one that will allow you to pursue any direction you desire, both academically and professionally. This year Barnard maintained its status as the most selective women's college in the nation, which speaks highly of its applicants and of those who have decided to matriculate. Barnard is a place where you can explore any academic interest in depth and cultivate your impressive talents and abilities. Your professors, deans, and advisers are thrilled to welcome you to campus in the fall. All new students will be receiving a newsletter in the mail from the Residential Life and Housing Office. This newsletter will contain all move-in times and locations for students. Move-in time is dependent upon which floor each BC student is assigned to.
