New Student Orientation Program

Welcome to Columbia College! As the new class of CC inductees, you can look forward to enjoying the rigorous aspects of the core education as well as the excitement of New York City. The Class of 2013 boasts an exceptionally competitive acceptance rate of 8.92%. Your peers have come from each of the 50 states and from over 60 international countries. In addition to regional diversity, the Class of 2013 has demonstrated excellence in a variety of different fields and talents. Columbia College has a history of over 250 years, enriched not only by strong academics, but also by the various student endeavours and organizations you will discover on campus. As you become integrated in the Columbia community and get to know fellow students, we hope that you can find here a place you can call home, at least for the next little while.
