How to Apply
All interested applicants should contact Julia Zhou at jz78@columbia.edu for further information regarding the fellowship program.
Applications are accepted from September through December of each year. Second year residents should apply. Completed applications should be returned by email. References must be sent by mail (or PDF with signatures) to the Program Director, Dr. Natalie Neu (nn45@columbia.edu), 622 West 168th Street, PH4-468, New York, NY, 10032. In the future, applications will also be available by ERAS. Two interview dates are usually offered per application year. Interview dates are usually in November and January.
