Since its inception in 1980, the Annual Benefit Auction has been an important part of PILF's fundraising activities and a valued event for the law school community. Through the incredible generosity of Columbia Law community members and of local and national businesses, the PILF auction consistently raises contributions to support two causes: stipends for students who volunteer at public interest jobs during the summer, and funding to non-profit organizations who apply for community grants.

The Auction program includes both a silent auction and a live auction which is emceed by Columbia law professors. The Auction is an evening of fun and competitive bidding. To quote the oft-repeated refrain, "It is all about public interest and it's the party of the year!"

Thank you to last year's Sponsors.
