CSPT News: Japan

The 1999 annual conference of the Japan CSPT will be held at the University of Kyoto on May 29-30, 1999. The general topic is The 20th Century and Political Thought. Three sessions are planned:

1) Thoughts on War;
2) Politics of Historical Responsibility; and
3) Redefining Nationality.
