Columbia University Insurance Decision-Making Questionnaire

We invite you to participate in a Columbia University research project on judgment and decision making. The project is supported by the National Science Foundation and is not for marketing/commercial purposes. The current questionnaire investigates how people make protective decisions about insurance. It takes only 5 minutes to complete. Your participation in the study will make a significant contribution to decision-making research.

Confidentiality of your responses will be maintained. The only people who will have access to the data will be Dr. David Krantz and Dr. Xin Piao, Department of Psychology, Columbia University, and people authorized by Dr. Krantz.
