Research Interests:

The roles of experience in behavioral development. Lately, a lot of the work is trying to
answer the question of how new responses emerge during the lifetime of the individual.
Some of the work is on the development of pecking in Ring Doves and some of it analyzes
how humans learn a new motor sequence.
